Letter From A Former Resident of Angela Rose House to Sr. Diane Latremouille

Sr. Diane Latremouille was the Volunteer Coordinator of the Angela Rose House. She retired from her position in April 2015. You are a blessing from God. When no one was around me and all I could see was darkness, you were there. I don’t know how to express my sincere thanks for all you have been to me and continue to be in my successful life in Canada and more so in this new Journey to Permanent Residency. I will never forget the 4th of February 2010 when you welcomed me to Angela Rose House. At that time my life was a misery as I had no hope. The kindness you showed me on first sight gave me a sense of belonging and hope. I must mention our journey to Toronto when we had to go for my refugee hearing. It was a cold morning but you courageously came by and accompanied me to that memorable interview. It is all because of you that I am celebrating. Thank you, thank you Sister! Today I am happy and so grateful for the love, care and support you have given me in this journey.   May the God bless you!
